What’s Changing?

After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue Playertek. As of March 31, 2024, we are no longer accepting new orders for Playertek and upcoming renewals will be transitioned to our Catapult One system. However, please rest assured that we remain committed to supporting our existing users during this transition.

  • Sales and New Devices:
    As of March 31, 2024, we no longer offer new PlayerTek sales or additional device purchases. For those seeking new solutions, we encourage you to explore our Catapult One offering, please reach out to your account manager for more information.
  • Existing Devices & Renewals:
    If you have an upcoming renewal for PlayerTek, we recommend discussing the transition to Catapult One with our team. Note that you will be able to continue using your existing Playertek devices with an active Catapult One subscription and our team will be on hand to help migrate your existing data.
  • Customer Support:
    We remain committed to providing excellent customer support during this transition period. Our team is here to assist you with any questions, concerns, or migration needs. Please reach out to us directly to discuss the details of how this transition affects your account.
