Catapult appoints former Spotify and Amazon executive to Chief People Officer
Catapult is pleased to announce the appointment of human resource executive, Zoe Rumford, as its Chief People Officer to help drive the ongoing growth and global scaling of the company into the future.
Commencing in January 2021, Ms. Rumford comes to Catapult with extensive global experience in driving growth and development across technology companies and delivering high-performance cultures, including international senior leadership positions driving people and culture teams at both Spotify and Amazon.
Her most recent notable roles were as Chief People Officer for Sofar Sounds and Acast podcasting platform. In these positions, Ms. Rumford worked with senior leadership teams on setting up these companies to scale globally and creating a culture and overall infrastructure that allowed them to quickly adapt to changing landscapes across multiple market segments.
