Schools Engage With PlayerTek at Rosslyn Park Tournament

The HSBC Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens took place last week, with 7,000 boys and girls from around the UK contesting the world’s largest schools rugby tournament.

Committed to advancing performance monitoring and sports science at all levels of rugby, PlayerTek was proud to be an official sponsor of this year’s tournament. As well as providing live demonstrations of the technology, we worked with participating schools to offer in-game trials of PlayerTek during the competition. In total, 17 different schools used the technology as players and coaches were engaged with detailed and instantaneous performance feedback.

Already working with schools such as Barnard Castle, Millfield and Merchant Taylors’, we are continually working to raise the levels of coaching and analysis in schools rugby. Bringing elite metrics to all levels of the game, PlayerTek is transforming the way teams manage and review performance across training sessions and matches.

Congratulations to all the teams who participated at Rosslyn Park on contributing to yet another successful tournament.
