Implementation Support
Catapult AEs are key to testing success and are involved prior
to system purchase, for installation and for initial on-site training.
As testing needs evolve, an AE may consult with the customer for
the planning and design of future testing projects. Working closely
with Catapult design engineers, Catapult AEs are located at our
various offices around the world and are accessible via email, phone
and fax.
Comprehensive Training
Depending on the customer's expertise and need, training may
be purchased to ensure the rapid and smooth installation of each
Catapult test system. Catapult AEs technical ability enable them
to tailor the training materials to the experience level of the
users. Advanced training is also available.
Annual System Support Agreement (ASSA)
With Catapult's ASSA, customers receive regular software releases.
This agreement also provides access to Catapult's Application Engineers
who can provide both theoretical and practical knowledge in the
telecome test arena.
Periodic Software Releases
Updates to the software are provided on a regular basis. Newly
developed protocols and protocol variants are included.
