Catapult Chief Technology Officer Announces Retirement
Mountain View, CA March 5, 2008. Catapult Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: CATT) announced today the planned retirement of Glenn Stewart, effective March 31, 2008. Having joined Catapult as the company's first VP of Engineering, Mr. Stewart managed the worldwide engineering organization from 1992 through 2003. He has been the CTO from 2003 to present.
In announcing his retirement, Mr. Stewart said, “As I look forward to my future, I would like to thank everyone at Catapult who have made the experience of growing this company so rewarding. Catapult's business has been built on protocol technology evolution in the telecommunications industry and the past 15 years have been an especially active period. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with our customers in support of their projects."

Glenn brought excellent engineering and telecom expertise to Catapult and has continued to be a strong contributor ever since. Glenn’s knowledge and experience will certainly be missed. There are no plans to replace Glenn’s position, and the duties and responsibilities of his position will be assigned to other officers.
